RegenMotion – European Union
Products sold by RegenMotion to consumers in European Union come with a 2-year legal warranty against conformity defects, in accordance with the regulations applicable to new consumer goods.
The legal warranty covers conformity defects that exist at the time of delivery and manifest within the applicable legal period. This includes, for example, manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or situations where the product does not match what was offered.
If your product has a problem of this type, please write to us at:
indicating your order number and attaching, if possible, photos or videos of the problem.
Once the incident has been reviewed, we will inform you how to proceed.
This legal warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, impacts, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, or incidents unrelated to a conformity defect.
