Turn on the device and select the heat level.

Press the power button and hold it while you prepare the area. It takes about 2 minutes to reach 45°C. Start with the most affected area of today's WOD.

Apply the cream to the area to be treated.

Quads, hamstrings, glutes, and shoulder — wherever else you have loaded. Stretch with gentle pressure and a generous amount. By the time you finish, the device is ready.

Slow movements, medium pressure. For quads: from knee upwards. For hamstrings: from the back of the knee to the glute. For shoulder: gentle circles over the deltoid and trapezius. The heat brings the cream to the deep tissue.

With the tissue already prepared by heat, the vibration reaches farther than any foam roller. For severe DOMS: focus on areas with more load first, medium pressure.

If you do it after the ice, the tissue will be vasoconstricted and absorption will be lower. For most athletes, the most effective protocol is: normal shower → REGENmotion → rest. Ice for the joints if there is acute inflammation.
