Legal warranty policy
RegenMotion – Spain
Products sold by RegenMotion to consumers in Spain come with a 3-year legal warranty against conformity defects, in accordance with the regulations applicable to new consumer goods.
The legal warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery that manifest within the applicable legal period. This includes, for example, manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or situations where the product does not match what was offered.
If your product has this type of problem, write to us at:
indicating your order number and attaching, if possible, photos or videos of the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will inform you how to proceed.
This legal warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, impacts, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to a conformity defect.
