Returns
We accept returns within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
The product may be reasonably tested at home, but it must be returned in good condition and with all included accessories.
How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, please contact us by email at:
Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions by email, including the appropriate return address.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or does not match the order.
In such cases, RegenMotion will cover the return costs.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect product
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at:
Include your order number and, if possible, attach photos or videos showing the issue.
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the period stated above.
